Apparel Tech Pack Specification Guide
Learn how our Sialkot factory engineers turn digital tech packs into flawless physical apparel. Follow our grading tolerances and Bill of Materials (BOM) framework.
1. Point of Measure (POM)
Standardized alphanumeric measurement codes with explicit ± tolerances prevent sizing distortions across bulk production runs.
2. Bill of Materials (BOM)
Define body fabric weight (e.g., 480 GSM French Terry), ribbing elastane ratios, thread gauge, zippers, and drawstrings.
3. Stitch & Embellishment
Specify 4-needle flatlock overlock stitches, 3D puff embroidery elevation, Pantone TCX color codes, and print separation sizes.
Standard Factory Tolerance Chart
Baseline quality benchmarks applied during Sialkot in-line cutting and sewing.
| Code | Measurement Point | Factory Tolerance | Engineering Purpose |
|---|---|---|---|
| POM-01 | Chest Width (1" below armhole) | ± 0.8 cm | Dictates boxy or slim fit silhouette |
| POM-02 | Body Length (HPS to bottom hem) | ± 1.0 cm | Measures drop from high shoulder seam |
| POM-03 | Across Shoulders (Seam to seam) | ± 0.5 cm | Controls drop shoulder aesthetic |
| POM-04 | Sleeve Length (From center back/shoulder) | ± 1.0 cm | Ensures proper wrist cuff stacking |
| POM-05 | Hood Depth & Height (Crossover) | ± 0.8 cm | For double-layered heavy structured hoods |
| POM-06 | Bottom Rib Opening (Relaxed & Stretched) | ± 1.0 cm | Controls waistband grip & tension |
